150g ground almond flour
1tsp baking powder
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
2tbsp maple syrup
1tsp cinnamon
150g frozen berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Blend all the ingredients together, add the berries once the mixture is ready.
- Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray and backe for 25 min.
