Kale ChipsCourse: Breakfast & Smoothies
2-3 bunches of kale
3tbsp olive oil
- Wash and dry kale.
- Tear the leaves off the stalk in thumb-size pieces.
- Spread on a tray lined with a parchment paper.
- Sprinkle olive oil and salt. Mix it well to ensure all leaves are covered.
- Bake at 120 degrees C for 20 min, or until the leaves are crisp but not burnt.
- You may need to mix them to ensure nothing is burnt.
